As an independent, lifestyle focused project, the masterplan seeks to diverge from the typically structured urban grid, towards a more human-orientated, organic pattern.
Creating a natural flow throughout the project, residents and guests are encouraged to explore the site. Movement to and from the activity areas becomes more experiential, promoting exercise on foot rather than using the golf buggy service provided.
Basing key activity areas towards the centre of the site creates a hub/nucleus exemplifying the nature of the project. Focused around the provision of lifestyle orientated activities, these activities are allowed to physically form the epicenter of the development.
