Fourfoursixsix were approached to develop a destination beachclub on a prime beachfront site, Bang Tao Beach, Phuket, Thailand. The site was previously a smaller scale beachclub that required significant upgrading. The brief entailed maintaining as much physical structure as possible from the previous building, while extending the facilities onto clear land to the north.

The subsequent design proposal works around a simple and effective masterplan that delineates varying usage zones so that guest flow is progressive throughout the site according to time of day. The look and feel is intended to be more light weight and conducive to all day/evening lounging, while operations have been streamlined due to enhanced workflow channels.
