Fourfoursixsix have been appointed to carry out the refurbishment of a 190m/2 private residential penthouse on St Martin's Lane, London. A complete renovation of the lower floor will allow the property area to be maximised, increasing the circulation spaces within the property and improving the bathroom spaces throughout. Having recently been granted planning permission, the upper level will be increased in size through the internalisation of an existing external balcony to make a large open plan kitchen and living area.

Work has recently begun on site and the project has a completion date for January 2011.
