Originally constructed in 1989 and located on Wimbledon Broadway, the office building was acquired by London Square earlier this year. The redevelopment will transform the building into a vibrant mixed-use scheme, delivering new homes, high-quality commercial space, and enhancements to the public realm.

The town centre development will provide 123 private-sale apartments, alongside over 2,500 sqm of commercial floorspace, helping to support local employment, provide retail opportunities and contribute significantly to the ongoing regeneration of Wimbledon’s town centre.
