Fourfoursixsix were appointed to redesign a residential-led mixed use development at Ransome’s Wharf in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

The site, located between Albert Bridge and Battersea Bridge, has remained undeveloped since securing planning consent in 2014. We have updated the scheme to meet current fire safety, energy strategy and legislative requirements prior to the scheme commencing construction later this year.

The mixed-use river side development will deliver 95 premium private-sale apartments, alongside 24 affordable homes and 19,000 sqft of commercial space. Once complete, the scheme will help to contribute to the ongoing regeneration of this part of Battersea.
